Experiencing anxiety is a normal part of life, but sometimes it can start taking over your life, and this is when therapy can help. Sometimes it is hard to know what to do, or hard to do what we want when we are overwhelmed by certain fears, feelings, or ideas. Sometimes our fears can start dictating our life and our decisions and it can feel impossible to gain control. Learning how to handle unpleasant emotions like anxiety, sadness, and anger doesn’t always come easily, and sometimes we need help developing these skills. This too, is when therapy can help.
